Roster and clearance
Name, grade, jersey number, dominant hand, and coach-only sizes and measurements — nothing more. Add players one by one or from a spreadsheet. Mark who is cleared to play; anyone who isn’t shows red everywhere and can’t be put in a line-up.

Built around players, designed for coaches
Players are a name, a grade, a jersey number, a dominant hand, and coach-only sizes and measurements. That’s the whole player record.
Read the privacy policy- Contact details come from a parent through a private update link. In the app only coaches can see them; the link shows them to whoever opens it until it expires or the coach turns it off.
- Coach notes and attendance are coach-only. Members see the schedule, roster, and results.
- No third-party ads, no ad tracking, nothing sold. The app exists to run your team.

Which sports does it support?
Tennis, baseball, softball, basketball, football, soccer, volleyball, golf, cross country, track & field, swimming & diving, wrestling, water polo, lacrosse — and “Other” for anything else. Each sport brings its own vocabulary, line-up shape, and result format.
How much does it cost?
Sideline Coach is free for one team, with up to 2 coaches and any number of players and parents. PRO is $59 a year for a program (one sport at one school or club) and adds email and push reminders, season reports, and more teams and coaches. A new program starts with 30 days of PRO, and no card is needed. See pricing
What if I never pay, or stop paying?
Nothing you entered is deleted. The program stays on, or returns to, the FREE plan. A team over the FREE limits becomes view only for the coaches the limits affect, until it is within the limits again or has a plan. See pricing
Who needs an account?
Coaches, and any parent or guardian who wants to see the schedule. They sign in with Google, Apple, or an email link and join with your code. Players don’t have accounts: the roster is just names and grades, and accounts are for adults.
Can assistant coaches help?
Yes. Make an approved member a coach and they can edit everything, including line-ups, results, and attendance. A team on the FREE plan has up to two coaches; PRO has no limit.
Can my athletic director see our teams?
Yes. Put the team under your school or club, and its admins get a read-only overview of every team there: what’s scheduled in the next 14 days, each team’s record and roster size, and who isn’t cleared. They never see contact details, attendance, or notes.
